Scope of Services
Clásico Mini of Miami operates as a specialized atelier dedicated to the international sourcing, professional restoration, customization, and curated sale of classic Mini vehicles (25+ years old).
Our services may include vehicle sourcing, restoration planning, mechanical and cosmetic restoration, documentation of the process, sales facilitation, and delivery coordination.
No Manufacturer or Dealer Representation
Clásico Mini of Miami is an independent restoration atelier and is not affiliated with MINI®, BMW Group®, or any manufacturer. We do not represent the original manufacturer of any vehicle. All vehicles are restored and sold as classic automobiles under independent operation.
Vehicle Sourcing
When sourcing vehicles internationally (including markets such as Japan or others), Clásico Mini of Miami acts as a facilitator and curator. Availability, condition, documentation, and pricing depend on third-party suppliers and market conditions. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific model or specification unless confirmed in writing.
Restoration Process
All restoration services are performed according to a defined technical scope agreed with the client. Due to the nature of classic vehicles, restoration timelines may vary based on parts availability, structural condition, and technical complexity.
Any additional work identified during restoration will be communicated to the client for approval before proceeding.
Vehicle Condition and Warranty
Classic vehicles are sold and delivered as collectible automobiles. Unless explicitly stated in writing, vehicles are provided without manufacturer warranty.
Clásico Mini of Miami does not guarantee future mechanical performance beyond the restoration scope completed. Clients acknowledge that classic vehicles require ongoing maintenance and specialized care.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely approvals, and prompt payments according to the agreed scope of work. Delays in communication or payment may result in delays to restoration timelines or delivery schedules.
Fees and Payments
All pricing, service fees, restoration costs, and delivery charges are communicated in advance and documented in writing. Payments may be required in stages based on project milestones.
Payment methods may include bank transfer, Stripe, Zelle, or other approved methods.
Refund Policy
Restoration services, sourcing fees, and project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced or sourcing activities have begun.
Refund requests will only be reviewed in exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of Clásico Mini of Miami.
Logistics and Delivery
Clásico Mini of Miami may coordinate transport and shipping through third-party logistics providers. While we work with reputable carriers, we are not liable for delays, damages, customs issues, or losses occurring during transportation.
Insurance options may be offered separately.
Intellectual Property
All images, documentation, restoration reports, and content produced by Clásico Mini of Miami remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized use of our materials for commercial purposes is prohibited.
Data Privacy
Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data for operational and communication purposes.
Modifications to Terms
Clásico Mini of Miami reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
